AshbourneAztecs Junior Football Club is holding a ‘car treasure hunt’ on Friday 17th September, 2010, and would appreciate your support for this fund raising activity.
Cars will start from the Polo Ground, Osmaston, the first being 5.30pm and each one thereafter leaving at 5 minute intervals, the latest departure being 7.00pm. The cost of the treasure hunt is £5.00 per car, irrespective of the number of passengers on board. We aim to arrive back at the Shoulder of Mutton pub in Osmaston from 7.30pm onwards for a barbecue. The pub will charge you for the food, this is not included in the £5.00 cost of the treasure hunt, neither is the beer I’m afraid!!
The winning car will receive £25.00, followed by 2nd place £15.00 and 3rd place £10.00.
Please let your Manager know by Wednesday 1st September if this is something you would be interested in. The £5.00 will be collected from each car as it sets off from the Polo Ground in exchange for the clues. Good Luck!
The dvd's and photos which were ordered of the Pride Park Gala Day are available to collect from your Manager. DVD's priced at £5.00, large photos £3.00 and small photos £1.50.
